Having your baby is one of the most amazing experiences in your life. We strive to provide an environment of mutual trust and respect and are confident we will help you achieve the birth experience that you envision.
We believe that your involvement in your own birth process is the first and most important step toward a safe and satisfying delivery. Our approach to labor and delivery takes into account everyone’s individual needs. We support women who choose an epidural for pain relief and are also advocates of labor support doulas, acupuncture and natural childbirth. We have a low Cesarean section rate and we are supportive of vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC) deliveries. We do not perform routine episiotomies and we are advocates of breastfeeding.
